FWIW, there are 60 more nose to tail in a yard near central Phoenix.
Noticed them this morning while flying out.

I havent seen locos sitting around here. Most of the local rail lines are shortlines, so side lining power is not a good option for them, as they generally have just enough power to make their daily runs. What we have had showing up is cars. We have drags of coal gons sitting all over the place. We even have a mile+ long stretch of coil cars sitting. The coal gons are no surprise, but the coil cars are. We have no one around here that uses or produces coils.
