Skygod- Horsetail Falls is an ephemeral fall between El Capitan & Three Brothers in Yosemite Valley. In order for the effect there must be ample snow for runoff, warm clear days, and the sun in the correct position at sunset. Which only occurs late Feb & early Mar.
