We alway have lots of American Goldfinches and they eat like piggies. Here are a few I took this morning. Soon the males will be bright yellow and look like they are wearing black wigs on their head.

I must admit that of all the yard birds these are the easiest to photograph since they will pose so nicely and seem quite tame. They are always the first ones to try out any new feeders or perches too!!
