I'm no expert but it looks like a Great-crested Flycatcher.

I'm a noob but just got a new field guide in the mail today so I couldn't resist. It looks like a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher to me and the book lists its range as rare for Florida. I very well could be wrong though - just trying out my new book. :D

Nice shot btw.

I would say Acadian Flycatcher based on the slight greenish tinge to the feathers and its size. The Acadian is about 5.5 inches which seems to fit the scale if the twig size can be used as a guide. The Great Crested flycatcher is a much larger bird at 8 to 9 inches and the throat and upper breast are gray with yellow mainly on the lower part of the belly. Because of the darkness of the tail and wing feathers, I am not sure that I could conclude that it is cinnamon like the Great Crested -- it could possibly be a greenish brown.
