Epson R1800 won't print on my Vista PC

It used to print on the Vista PC
It prints on my XP machine.
I have downloaded the latest drivers from Epson.

On my Vista machine:
In the device manager it shows the printer twice, once with a ! next to it.
Prior to downloading I uninstalled all of the Epson files.
The print preview in lightroom does not show the image I am trying to print.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Are you using the USB or FIREWIRE interface to the printer? I would suggest removing the driver that you have installed, and then start by making sure that you have downloaded the correct driver (As well as the latest) and then install it. Make sure you get the driver for your OS. Don't connect the printer to the computer until requested to do so.
