As the title states. What do you think? How would this be better?

Gripped Canon XTi with Canon 70-200mm f4L, Canon 17-85mm IS, 50mm f1.8, kit lens, and Tamron 19-35mm. 430ex-ii. Manfroto Tripod, and Velbon CF monopod.

At 1/160th of a second, you're not going to stop the wing action. That's not necessarily a bad thing -- the blur gives the feeling of motion. But you will need faster if that's what you want to do. Move in closer (or use a longer lens).

I don't mind the action blur either. I like the shot, but you don't want to put your subject smack in the middle of the frame like that. Yes and you want to get the eye tack sharp, this may mean raising your ISO.
