Especially since you have to live in SoCal. It's PT (about 20 hours) at $10/hr. But trust me, it has it's rewards and there's a reason I've been there for over a year and a half and have no intentions on leaving!

You should send it to me to get it off your hands and then try your luck. It might also be your approach. What's your pick-up line?

I just look at a chick and say, "how much cash do you have"?

He thought they'd stay in their cage. Wrong! For a couple of years they wandered around the neighborhood. Noisy, messy, but not destructive AFAIK. Some of the neighbors hated them. I think the grumpy old bastard a couple of houses down the block poisoned one of them. I thought they were great! Pardon the image quality - taken with my Nikon POS (errr, P&S) The problem with cockatoos they come over in swarms of hundreds.. One weedend I decided to paint a wooden out door setting which was looking a little tired.. Wife and I were pretty pleased with the result as the next step was to buy a new one.. We went to work on the Monday morning, came home and the damn things had chewed to corners off the setting,,their claws dug into my new paint work..And wait there's more,,my wife decorated the table with a lovely plant in a terracotta pot.. Pot was found smashed on the floor with no sign of the plant Jurgen

Now the pergola roof leaks.. Just another day in paradise, eh? Still, would you rather be hiding from polar bears like our Canadian friends? "Be seeing you."
