lucky you......there is a plethora of posts on here about front/back focusing issues.....and my lens is one of them. It is tack sharp in some instances, other times it is complete chaos.

Well, hopefully none of you will have to send anything in to Tamron anytime soon. I FINALLY spoke with a rep today. They have had it for 8 weeks, and it hasnt been touched yet. Im told it is on a techs desk now, that I should have it in a week. So much for a 3 week turnaround :mad:

8 weeks..... I would be fuming. Hopefully they fixed everything.

got mine super sharp and I'm affraid to sell it to try the 24-70L and find out the Tammy was sharper.
