Here are some King Cheetahs from DeWildt Cheetah Center. What a great place to visit.

OMG, they are such beautiful animals! Thank you so much for posting the pics.

That must have been an exhilarating experience to say the least.

Did they by chance mention how many King Cheetahs are left in the world, and if there are any left in the wild?

It's a shame they didn't have any cubs. They would have been so cute.

The one has some interesting and unusual markings especially on his back. Nice shots.

It is a King Cheetah. There are very few if any in the wild. Google for more info.

These photos were taken at the DeWildt Cheetah center in South Africa.

Yes, it was a wounderful experience. I have no idea how many are in the wild, not many if any.

Here is the family petting a cheetah:

I'll bet you and your family will remember that experience for the rest of their lives.

Thanks again for posting the pics.

I hope I am able to experience this one day.

I was wondering how Cheetahs and King Cheetahs differ? Your photos are beautiful captures of incredible animals!

Very interesting. I have never heard of these before. I did Google it and according to a couple separate sites there are thought to be fewer than 10 in the wild. They are striking animals and thanks for the info.
