If you use PhotoShop v7.xx and PS actions in your work flow you may find PS Side Click Pro a very useful tool. You can check it out at:

PSSC Pro is now at a new release. I have also added a windows 98SE version for 98 users.

More functionality is being added daily and quite a few people have responded quite positively to the software. I use it myself all the time.
