does anyone know how to get this look? i think its really neat.. and cant seem to duplicate it at all.

if anyone knows of a tutorial, or the way to do it.. let me know

Crank up the contrast, increase exposure or overexpose to begin with and lower the saturation.

i wasnt asking for cc.. as the photo is not mine.. thats why i was asking how to get this sort of PP.
