and no one had a video recording device?

We did, but never got it out. We should have recorded one of our laughing fits.
Seriously, my laugher hurts. Josh said something when we got home, and I started to laugh, and it HURT.

A funny story...

We went to a vineyard, and went in to do a little wine tasting. :D

We talked to the lady there for a little while, and Mike told her that we were a group of photographers that had gotten together for the weekend to do some shooting.

Fast forward to a little later, when I am on my 4th or 5th ( ) sample, and everyone at once decides it would be a great idea to take a picture of that. But we had all left our cameras in the cars for this part of the day, so they all pull out their cell phones.
I busted up and said, "yeah, that is great. Mike just told her that we are a group of photographers.. and look at you all with your cell phone cameras, HAHAHAHA"

(to Crissa) honestly I know we're photographers but photography was so #2 this weekend. I hardly took any shots both days.

Yep. I think I took more than you guys, because I knew I wasn't going to see those places again, but really, the photos weren't as important as everything else.
We wouldn't have taken that group shot on the couch if Marian hadn't made me promise.

I don't yet. Wade already hung it for me though. I'll share it tomorrow.

Evening folks. Catching up while the last load of clothing dries.

Yeah, I understood what they meant, but I still don't buy it. He's been having Jim/Sam flashbacks all season long. The plot just isn't holding up any more.

Lets just hope now that they have this little detour solved that the show will get back the normal 1st season self.

Cool shot. I like the color combos of Wade's and Dan's shirt.

It's time for yet another Christopher rant!

It's been a bit cold and rainy here (sucktacular is how I describe it...) but, the rain has cleared, so Christopher gets to go outside and play a bit.

Happy and equipped with a stick. Now what?
Totally goofy!

Great rant Mike. He's gettin to be a biggun'

Yeah....very odd.
I liked the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition one that was out a year or so ago.

Hey guys.. sorry for not catching up, been pretty darned busy over the weekend.
Managed to clear out a huge amount of crap and fill in the subsidence hole in the lawn caused by the apple trees sucking up all the water.
Plenty of worms on offer for the robins though...

Great couple of shots Pete.

I took 11 shots (as a 360 pano) of St. Mary's Catholic Church. I had to stitch it together in 3 sets because it was too hard for photo shop. Then I stitched those 3 sets together to make the one big pano. I lost about 60 degrees of the pano doing this but...

Anyway, it was shot on iso 4000 and only a light nr was needed. I'm not worried about shooting in dark churches anymore.

Cool church pano Lisa....I think it would be neat to go to church in a curvy church:p

well I figure the photos people will mostly want to see are the friends shots so: (and excuse the softness...I'm still learning my lenses) These are from yesterday...guess I'm working backwards.

Mike with some Chris bokeh

Terri Juliette lamenting Romeo's absence
Cat and Wadeycakes (which I FORGOT to call him that while he was here dangit!)

Nice TPBM meet shots. I like this one of the bunch.

Here we are. Just a snapshot. The lighting was uneven due to the sun coming in the garage.

That came out very very nice Tiff.

I think so. It fits, doesn't it??

It sure does.

Four people I used to know that I saw yesterday, all very nice men.
I was baptized by:
Parish priest when I was growing up:
Substitute priest during summers and family friend when I was growing up:
I knew Br. Benedict for many years, he was a warm and loving soul. Near the end of his life he worked in the Abbey bookstore.

Very cool rant Mike, like the tidbits of info you provided.

well I'm glad you are here Cat, my favorite one of you is this one...actually I think it's my favorite shot of the whole weekend.

QUOTED IMAGE

he said he thought something was wrong with them...and then he came out to make a sandwich. He'll put them up again in a minute.

G'mae everyone.

No mmq, as I was trying to catch up at work. So this is by memory (sorry if I left anything out)

Great Christopher rant, wonderful bird, puppy, Oregon get together, Eli dancing, and background photos.

Diane, Thank you, I told my friend about the sling and she is excited, as she will be using it at work.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.
