Hi Cat and Permie. I am a little tired (long weekend) but other than that I am good. How was your weekend? It sounds like you all had a wonderful time.

I am not Cat or Lisa, but the weekend was the BESTEST WEEKEND EVAH!

Okay down here....well, even better that I did a bit of TMS :D
Dora is healing fine. She still has trouble with some bowl movements (tough for her to go still), but no accidents from urinating any more which is good. And last but not least....still waiting for the lab results. Calling tomorrow since we only have one can of food left.

what tms? And glad Dora is doing okay.

Glad to hear Dora is getting better. What did you buy? John bought me a lemur statue that is made with Tagua Nut while he was at the Zoo today, having a POTN meet. John had Mike and Kim, who contacted John about his Zoo photography article and he met up with them today while I worked.

I was only there for Saturday, but it was a great Saturday! It would be nice if everybody could get together once a month.

Four people I used to know that I saw yesterday, all very nice men.

I was baptized by:
Parish priest when I was growing up:
Substitute priest during summers and family friend when I was growing up:
I knew Br. Benedict for many years, he was a warm and loving soul. Near the end of his life he worked in the Abbey bookstore.

Those were done very nicely!

A funny story...

We went to a vineyard, and went in to do a little wine tasting.

We talked to the lady there for a little while, and Mike told her that we were a group of photographers that had gotten together for the weekend to do some shooting.

Fast forward to a little later, when I am on my 4th or 5th ( ) sample, and everyone at once decides it would be a great idea to take a picture of that. But we had all left our cameras in the cars for this part of the day, so they all pull out their cell phones.
I busted up and said, "yeah, that is great. Mike just told her that we are a group of photographers.. and look at you all with your cell phone cameras, HAHAHAHA"

That's funny stuff!

Here's a small little portion of this weekend....we spent MAYBE 20 minutes "in studio" with this family...there were 2 brothers. Some of the cutest kids ever.

Diane, Thank you, I told my friend about the sling and she is excited, as she will be using it at work.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Oh fun! I couldn't order the fabric tonight as hubby forgot to throw my purse out of the car on his way to work. :( I'll do it as soon as he gets home though!
