Looks like you left this one by the sidewalk outside of our church yesterday morning Jim. Next time you're in Portland give a holler and several of us will meet up with you.:D

Chris let me try out his 85L. It's amazes me how nicely you can turn distracting background scenery into creamy bokeh colors with this lens when shooting wide open. I had the "I wants" before, but now it's worse.:D

Tell me about it....my kiddos never much liked them though. Well, Ian used to but doesn't much use a pacifier anymore.

Precisely why I avoid any lens with a red ring or L on it.

by Permagrin

OOOooohhhh very nice!!!

Guineh wrote in post #7485476 (external link)
Highlights from the trip:

Scariest thing: A tie between what was growing in the tub and nearly hitting several deer.
Weirdest thing: Boots, on fence posts.
Coolest thing: Meeting Bobert and Zane, of course!
Grossest thing: The Curlie-whirlies left in the bathtub by the previous guests.
Most embarrassing thing: Not being able to make it to the scenic overlook, and getting freaking exhausted only part of the way there
Best Food: Texas BBQ!
Best Quote: After this, I'm gonna cut the head off a goat.
Best Drive: All those cool windy twisty roads.

I have lots of pictures. I'll process through some of them tonight.

sounds like a great trip and day!!!

Skrim17 wrote in post #7485579 (external link)
I'm exhausted, barely slept all night and sweated out a few gallons. I found someone to come in to work so at least I can stay home and catch up on some sleep!!

Glad you got to stay home Crissa. Get better fast!

sevillafox wrote in post #7485706 (external link)
Ugh, me either. Ok, I do like rainy days but only when I'm at home.

I love rainy days if I can stay home cuddled on the couch with a good book.

Thanxs!!!!

I did get to see about 8-9 police cars going very fast in NYC...thought it was an escort for somebody, but nope, they were probably after someone. I did like how this one came out though:

Kewlness!

G'MAE all you fine folks!
