I only wish I had taken a little bit more time to make sure it was in focus. The bright flare was me adjusting the aperture (think that's the right terminology?!?) from f/11 to f/4, and then back to f/9. In any case, I definitely will do this again!!!

No music on this one, but it also was just for me to learn how to put it together. BTW, Windows Movie Maker was already on the computer, and I found it very easy to use!

Looks decent. What were the shutter times and intervals?

Shutter times were 45 secs, with 3 seconds in between each shot. I think I set it up so there was about 4 frames per second, but I think it could have stood to be a little more. The quality on YouTube is considerably less than what I have saved on my computer, but it is the only place I could think of to upload it to for free. And dang it, I sure hope the video stays available, and doesn't mysteriously disappear. LOL

I actually did tinker with the video, and put it on Vimeo, although I don't think my computer will do HD for saving. Here's the Vimeo version, with sound:

I think it is better, IMO.

Great, Liz! I did comment over at timescapes.

4fps? Maybe that's why it's kinda stuttery. I usually aim for 24fps. That's what our eyes are used to from films.

Can't wait to see more.
