I spent quite a bit of time with this lens today and came to the conclusion that it is super awesome. I love this lens. I love all my lenses, but right now this is my number one.

Love that first one! Really cool effect.

One from Dogwalking around Norfolk - St Benets Abbey

Its a bit of an underated lens I think - for landscaping its sharper than the 17-40L, and has the bonus of f1.8 if needed. That said, the focus switch/noise sucks!
