I don't believe I'm asking this as I've already gone through it all once.
BUT, the Mark II is back in the bag and I've forgotten how to get the proper EOS Utility version installed so I can change the Personal Functions.
If I remember correctly, you could only have one version and have it work properly, and that was the older version included with the Mark II.
I don't have the software disc for this Mark II but I've got a 5D and 40D disc...
argh
Thanks in advance.

If you have the software, you probably just need to download and install the right driver.

The other thing is you need to connect using the firewire connection. USB is only for downloading pics from the memory card to the computer.

One more catch. If you're running a 64 bit OS, it won't work at all. I have been using Vista 64 and I can not connect my camera. It still works on my other computer that is running 32 bit XP.
