If the tail is red, it must be a Red Tail hawk I figured, but I better ask the experts?! Shot this today in London, On in rather poor light.

Yep....a Red-tailed Hawk. A shame about the light but this is great consdiering the conditions.

Thanks guys, It was a real bummer, as we were heading home, the Sun came out with much better light.

RT's are everywhere. Just watch the poles and such when driving around. You will find they hang in the same areas at the same time. Makes for good subjects, you can count on.

I'll keep an eye for it Greg! This was shot on the way home from the River. We went down to shoot Hooded mergansers, I'll post some of those too in a few moments.
