I would say Merlin....I have asked a few friends that I know also. It may be a hybred.......But most have said Merlin

All of these are supposed to be Virginia rescues except for the Saker Falcon...meaning they are indigenous to the area. I'll shoot an email to the guy who's taking care of them and get an answer.

You're right...the caretaker emailed me today: it is indeed a juvenile Merlin. You got an sharp eye - you must have been a raptor in a previous life. ;)
