I hate to sound like an ass but I think you should have exposed this longer. It's quite dark.

I agree... The only thing I can really make out here are the city lights. It DEFINITELY needs to be brighter.

Try using a tripod and setting your shutter to a longer exposure. Not to sound like captain obvious or anything, but it would do wonders for this photo! =)

when pp - if the picture looks okay - then maybe there is a monitor calibration adjustment needed.
it is very dark.
