That's probably the only thing that I really want from the 50D. 15 MP would be nice on occasion, but I will take the 40D's greater dynamic range and more flexible files to work with in post.

To me something seems wrong with focus or the lens. Not sure which 70-200mm f2.8 it is but I would expect much better (sharpness wise) from something likecanon 70-200mm f2.8 non IS.

he was using my sigma 70-200 2.8 EX DG II... I never have had a problem with it. these are huge crops too... so i dunno.. but honestly there is very little difference between the canon non IS and the sigma... ive shot both and find them to be about equal...
