So wait, you've declared that you needed surgey on your hand and it's been 3 years that you've had to wait for it to be scheduled?

yes you are correct, may 11 is my date for surgery (shooting hand)

3 years waiting money does not move you to the front of the line.

now if i was in a car accident, the ambulance would drive me in and emergency surgery performed.

there is a shortage of surgeons here, due to salary caps most move to the U.S. to be rich

Our Public Health System is very similar I guess, friends of mine have waited up to 3 years for Knee Reconstructions and sometimes serious dental work.

My family (due to my father playing alot of football when he was younger and not being able to have extensive periods off work) have always had Private Health Cover. It may be $3000 a year for a Family but for us it has been worth it.

Back onto a Photography note, I finally have this MUA Portfolio shoot this weekend, at my disposal is a Black or White Muslin Background, Quadra Head with DO, 42 5in 1 Reflector and a 580EX2 if needed.

I'm thinking a couple of shots on black and a couple on pure white, DO above with Both Diffusion Layers and a Silver / White Reflector as fill under the chin. (as they'll be tight headshots the 580 will be able to over expose the background fine).

Thoughts?
