You caught that gorgeous metalic specular on the head. We'd love to get some Tree Swallows here also.

and... I don't really see the jpeg artefacts you speak of... Maybe you could post that link? :)

Gorgeous shot Mike...My hats off to anyone that can find these perched somewhere and get a shot of them. I only see them as a blur... going in the opposite direction from where I am.
