the first 4 images I was positioned in the middle and Molly was in the middle area - for number 5, I was near the house, the back light near the fence didn't really factor in this image

These look awesome - I'm definitely keen to get my hands on some of these little beauties.

How were the flash units positioned?

Thanks - I can't believe it's been over 1 day and your the first to comment. Anyway these were my first night out with the new Pocket Wizards. The backyard was very dark.

The PW's / 580ex II were opposite each other about 40 feet apart (1 near the wooden fence and the other near the house (not seen in photos). I was about in the middle of the lights but at the end of the speedlight lighted area ( think about a compass - the lights were at North & South and I was at the West, for the first 4 image and I was at the South for the last image).

Take a look at the last image - Molly is running near the fence just before the lightstand, the light from the one near the fence is not really affecting her, the majority of the scene is from the light near the house.

I also posted some daytime images in the original New Pocketwizards thread

So is this using ETTL or just the hyper-sync feature (or whatever they call it)?

Flashes set to TTL and the faster x-sync. The Mark III sync @ 1/300 and I was over that.

Cool, they seem like some great products. That hyper-sync option really intrigues me.
