That third shot is excellent. First shot is too, great composition and great background, but the bird's head is a bit soft. Maybe you could apply a bit of selective sharpening there.

Thank you. I tried a little selective sharpening on the head and beak. 25% selective sharpening. Very subtle but improved don't want to over do it.

Thanks for the compliment. The fog was very heavy and this egret looked awesome in the mist in person. I am on my laptop and they look much better at home. I need to calibrate both monitors.
