I imagine you mean "DPP", meaning the Canon software Digital Photo Professional, which is a very nice (and free) app for Raw processing! Tony

DPP, like other Raw processing software (Lightroom, Camera Raw, Aperture) keeps to processing things in a way that can be stored as a "description" while keeping the Raw data intact and doesn't delve into the graphical complexities that Photoshop and other image processors specialize in. That's why having both types of app can be very useful! Tony
