Artis Zoo - Amsterdam

Today my girlfriend and I went to the zoo to take some pictures. It was much bigger than I had imagined and was well worth the fee to get in.

I like the framing and the pose in #6, but the little guy's face isn't so clear. Very simple and cool shot though.

Some of the faces are kind of dark on the apes. Love the 2 lions! Tell me what's the name of that last one? Very cool looking monkey!

The darkness is probably due to the fact that I did all the post processing on my laptop and not my main PC. I'll have to do more editing once I get home tomorrow.


As for the name of the monkey I'm not sure what the English name is, I only have the Dutch name which is "Gibbon."
