where can I find the latest version of EOS Utility to download...I looked all over the Canon site but didn't find it...

Go to the Canon site at http://www.usa.canon.c​om/home (external link)

Pick Support -> Consumer
Select your camera from the three dropdown menus
Pick Drivers and Downloads from the selected camera info screen
Select your operating system
Download the update that you are looking for

Keep in mind that you can only download an update from Canon, not the full version of the software.
