1st off camera flash photo

This is my 1st time using off camera (double flashes ) photo.

two speedlite (left & right) 45 degree/ 8ft from the object
one of it is 550EX and other one is sigma 430EF and both of them in 1/2 power . I set my camera manual 1/125 , f/5.6 ISO200 . Both light with a shoot thought umbrella.

Please give me some comment

it is well lit, but i think it's a lil blurry or it's just my screen...also a background separation would work really great...

+1 on all accounts. Very cute girl, but the background, her dress, and skintone are so close in color, that nothing grabs your attention.

try to use a separation light / hair light / kicker light / background light OR. you can just change the background color.

also, try to shift her more to the right.. just slightly.

and i think its pretty blurry as well.

and +1 on the comment that nothing really stands out.

I really appreciate the comment . Seriously , these are exactly what I want. I have no idea of the blurry part. I feel the same too.

The background is actually the wall . I should pick some place else.

Cute young lady - a bit underexposed, WB seems off, and the light is flat and image blurry.

Flat light comes from a lack of shadows which can be the position of the lights or the fill being too strong. Some shadow on the face gives more dimension to the image.

She also has two (2) catchlights in her eyes. That weirds me out. But it's not her fault. She's perfect!
