Manfrotto and B&H Photo Kit question

I was looking through B&H photo for the Manfrotto 055XPROB kit.....

so i came across 2 "almost" identical kit with different pricing.... Am I missing something here??? cause the kit with the carry bag is actually much cheaper than the one without? So is there any reason why anyone would buy the kit without the case and pay $38 more too??

Looks like the cheaper one is the way to go as it includes the bag as well.

Probably just a left over kit from before when prices were higher or something and it did not get changed/deleted/etc.
