Took these 2 yesterday with my 30d. Definitely one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. If you haven't been you gotta go! :)

I like the first one just a tiny bit better than the second because the snow isn't blown out. Great job on keeping everything exposed correctly!

Yeah unfortunately I didn't have my skis with me when we went. Skis with skins would have been perfect and A LOT faster. We hiked about halfway to the Watchmen from Rim Village. On the way back the snow softened up and I was really wishing I had a pair of snowshoes on my feet :).
