Mar 15, 2009 16:57 | #10 Thanks everyone! The event was the 2008 NYC Beard & Moustache Championships. I shot it for free, thinking it would lead to work or at least some killer networking, and I was right. The NY Times picked up a photo (none of these, and sadly, it's actually my worst photo), and the NYCBMC organization is going to put them up online. It was one of the most fun times I've ever had in NY, or with facial hair, or in NY with facial hair. I will nevr shave again!
