Literally, some guy was dancing in the middle of State Street yesterday. Quite fun to watch.

funny, i seen this type of behaviour from a guy in washington DC too, then out of nowhere CAPITOL PD and METRO PD throw him on the ground beat him, etc...

He didn't mind, that guy was pointing at the group of girls standing right next to me.
