A warbler and a hawk with a bad leg

It was a cold rainy day here the other day, but I did manage these 2 shots in the backyard. The first I think is a Pine Warbler.

And he was being eyed by this guy on my fence. I never did see the hawk put any weight on the leg. He did do a good job of staring at me for a bit though.
