Which noise reduction software to get and why? I know absolutely nothing about this stuff...

Noise doesn't bother me, when the image is exposed properly. I would suggest you save your money for something more worthwhile. Professional wedding photographer, solution architect and general technical guy with multiple Amazon Web Services certifications.

For that I use Noise Ninja. But I've heard good things about most of the top-level noise reduction plugins. Leesburg, Virginia
