Hi guys

Just wanted to see your results from my raw files, when you tonemap them, they have -2, 0, +2 Ev exposure values. You can crop the final picture if you want to

Cant wait to see your hdrs! :)

VERY new to HDR (only started playing with it yesterday... that kind of new). So here's my attempt:

ChiChi, how did you manage to get rid of the mess at the bottom of the pic?

It's still there... here's a 100% crop from the bottom left corner

I think he's referring to the ghosting of people and cars (see examples above yours). Looks almost like you used one image making a pseudo HDR to avoid the ghosting?

Oh ok... I definitely used all 3 images, not just one to make a pseudo HDR. I'm completely new to this, so I ended up converting them to .tif files (Photomatix had issues handling the .dng files... normal? or just me doing something newbie-ish?) Anyway, then I loaded the .tif files into Photomatix and let it merge to HDR... nothing special. Then I just played with tone mapping until it looked halfway decent - I personally like the ones that look more realistic.

That's all I did... Photomatix merged them without the ghosting, which worked out fine for me

I have not looked at the source files yet, however my last post was from work. Looking at the previous examples it looks like the alignment in one of the photo's was off so your's is fine.
