Spent some time watching this chap this evening after work on the cliffs near Godrevy in the lovely golden evening light - its a spot they frequent a lot and I was patient and lucky enough to get close enough for a few shots. Raptors really are something.

I agree...Raptors are something and this is a great image of one. Love the perch and it looking out into the open. Well done!

Mark, this is one fantastic image. I have seen many images of Peregrines, and have some of my own, but this is as good as it gets. Great work.

Beautiful image and great light and pose. I like the eye level angle and it gives the impression you are on the cliff with the bird. If it was mine I would take a bit off the top to equalize the negative space with the space between the bottom and the bird's tail. This would also reduce the oof obstruction on the top right....

Gary Fairhead C/C welcome .....
