Hey everyone, i'm getting my cybersyncs in the mail today and i want to try wiring both my 430EXII and my Vivitar 2800 to the same CSRB via a mono splitter. i've been trying to find out if the trigger voltages are similar though, because i really don't want to fry something.

i've searched high and low and i can't find out if they're compatible, so i thought i'd check with all of you knowledgable POTN members. any help would be appreciated.

thanks!
-Tim

thanks, i tried looking at that already, but the voltage for the 2800 weren't definite, and there's nothing listed for the 430EXII.

i'm also not sure what amount of voltage difference would be harmful :(

thanks though!

Have you tried measuring the sync voltage yourself? Shouldn't be difficult if you have good VOM.
