I suppose it depends on the muffler and how well you get on with your neighbours;). Sorry couldn't help it.

I think with the BW shot the noise adds a little more feeling to it, well for me it does as I used to shoot film.

I'm used to seeing grain, so either of them work for me.

Not my bike mate, I'm a dedicated GoldWinger. I'm not too sure of BMW designations but isn't a GS and semi off road model? this looked more like a "Street Racer" here's a couple more shots that might help identify it for you.
