Has anyone experiencing the same problem? The cybersync does not fire when you are in live view mode. I don't see the trigger light going off on the cybersync. If I put a flash on the shoehot then it work fine. Strange.

I also noted the difference in sounds between using 580 EX on-camera (double sounds, with flash) and off-camera (single sound, no flash). When I disabled silent shooting in live view as you advised, all worked just fine. I would like to think that I was on trackto the same solution, but you saved me some time and frustration at the very least. THANKS.
