ok i just upgraded from a rebel to the 50d and I cant view the raw files now. do I need something??? also I did install the software that came with it and still nothing. HELP!!!

Also do you have your camera set in raw (believe me I have seen this happen also) lol ok I do have it set in raw and I do see the files on the card(just cant see the pic) when I put it on the card reader and I tried viewing it on cs2 and windows viewer user windows XP The Gear:

But I might be wrong. Check to see if there is a codex for the XP windows viewer David W.

I believe that I read that CS3 doesn't support the 5D2 files and it might not support the 50d. But you can use DPP to convert your files then export to CS3. John

ok so the update work! now on to the next task lol no it doesnt show up in my bridge. So basically I have to open it up in ps3 and thats the only way I cant see what image it is. The Gear:
