Hey Folks,
Not really looking for a critique here but since I'm in this corner of POTN more than anything I thought I'd share this here (comments and thoughts are of course welcome as always). I got out yesterday and shot the St. Patty's Day parade in downtown Cleveland and while I'm still sorting thru the shots and have some processing to do, I thought I'd share this one with everyone here who's old enough to remember the movie "Animal House".

For the most part, Cleveland parades are your typical lame thing...marching bands, polititions, local news celebrities, etc.. For St Patty's day though, it is usually a little more colorful and if nothing else you have lots of drunks in the streets...thought it might make an interesting photo op. Most of it was of I said, lame. Right at the end of the parade however, I looked down the street and saw this coming at me.....

I finally found a parade float I can actually respect! LOL!!! I know it's more of a snap shot than anything else but made me smile :D.

Anyways, for those interested, this was shot with my 40D, Tamron 70-300mm and feel free to read the EXIF if you really care about anything else! LOL!!!

Hi! :) Random, I know. But my family was in the parade.. in the cottage for Cleveland's Irish Cultural Festival. My grandfather was also in.. he's President of the West Side Irish American club. I didn't get to be there this year and if you had any other pics, I would love to "look through" them! :)
