I just recently bought 50D, replacing my 40D. I am using alien bee 400, with my 40D, I have never got trouble connecting the cord to my 40D, but with 50D, the flash seems not communicating, so I can't use my strobes. What should I do ? THanks!!!

That PC connection has historically been the weak point in camera to flash communication. There has been an on-going market for devices that straighten out the center pin and outer sleeve of PC connectors. John
