This is my first time shooting softball so please bare with me. From where I was allowed to stand the 300mm was way too short and I had not brought along the 70-200 with me. 24-105 was way too short -- with that here are the results:

You had image editing so I thought I would show you what I am going to mention. Hope you don't mind....

I thought cropping could have been tighter on #1 and a couple seemed dark. I did some simple edits to brighten this up and bring out the shadow around her eyes....

I like your photos very much, especially 2, 3 & 5. Very nice work. Which lens did you use on 2 & 3?

They're all on a 1DMarkIIN + 300mm f/2.8 - EXIF should be intact.

Thanks for the PP. My crops are locked to 2:3 so that's probably why there was room to cut on one side, but I appreciate the effort.
