It is not bad--- the eyes really pop but it is too red for my taste -- that should be toned down a bit.

Flesh tones are too orange for my taste.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm re-posting the image. Tell what you think of the adjustment and lighting. Thank you-thumbsup.

The problem seems to be on my screen. The originals were on my laptop and looked awesome, but when posted and viewed on another computer, I definitely see a difference in the flesh tones. argh-The pains of different screens!!
