use the perspective tool. It has a tool within itself that lets you lay out boundaries for the curve that can be tailored to the same perspective as the surface you are cloning "onto"

I just selected the rectangular marquee tool and boxed in the no biking sign making sure I got the edge of the marquee to run down the white line of the boarder. Then I selected the healing brush tool and alt click on an area of the walkway then went back over the the box and covered it up. Really not too much involved in the steps.

what he said works too. I personally use the perspective tool though as mentioned above.

Ok, Here's my final edit, Bit of cloning (Tufts of grass in the pebbles amongst other little touches) A few tweaks colour and saturation wise and slightly cropped. I'm hoping it gives the image that edge that it needed,
