I would like to put together a strobe light kit to help with my car photography.
I've heard people use Sunpack 555s and I've also heard about using a 580EX along with two 430s...

I've been kinda leaning towards the Canon flash route because the built in slaves and I already have one 430EX.

I've also have looked into Speedotron 805 but the need for AC power is a big turn off for me. I am looking for something that is portable.

What do you guys recommend? Would a 580 & 2 430s be enough? Is there anyway to put together a kit for less $?

Thank you
rich

I have a sunpak 555, and I think it'd be great for auto photography...

I used to use a couple Vivitar 285hv's, a Focal M500T and a Vivitar 283. All worked fine for me.
