This male mandarin duck has taken residence on my neighbour's pond for the third year in a row. He must be the coolest looking duck around. They are frequently featured in Oriental art and are regarded as a symbol of conjugal affection and fidelity.

Glad you like him as well. He is trying to mate with the local mallard ducks, but with no success!
