from the research i have down, if you're a hardcore gamer.. stick with the pc.
i had been a pc gamer for a good portion of my life, but i have since stopped. i think the only niggle that prevented me from switching to a mac would be the possibility of playing games again (which it's still capable of doing), but i don't foresee this happening anytime soon.
the only game i will play in the near future is lightroom.
