Thank you both for your comments. It is the child's mother. I can see how it would be distracting, but I'd like to keep her in since it is her mom. I will work on the eyes a bit. I'd also sharpen the entire image. The original picture was pretty overexposed. I did do some slight USM, but, honestly, I never really know how much to do. I'll give it some more. Thank you!

I also tried out a different crop. Which do you guys think looks better?
